Based in Nairn, in the Highlands of Scotland.

Hi, my name is Tim Dyke and I have been a land surveyor and setting out engineer for more than 35 years. I qualified as an air tightness tester 16 years ago and sound tester 11 years ago.

For over 25 years I lived in Inverness, but recently moved to Nairn, and have worked extensively throughout the Highlands. I originate from Chorley in Lancashire, with the North of Scotland being my adopted home.

In 2008 I established Geodata Survey Ltd and provide topographic surveys and setting out, and added air testing and sound testing to the repertoire at a later date.
